Entrepreneurship 2 One opportunity that I have thought of is the need for a diet consultant and personal shopper who could offer a turnkey solution to learning to prepare healthy meals. I enjoy cooking and I wish I could do more of it. However, I'm generally too busy or have other priorities that take precedence over preparing meals. Another problem is that fast food is really convenient whereas it is difficult to shop and prepare a meal since it is a time consuming process. Furthermore, although I can follow a recipe fairly well, I do not have much experience in a kitchen. Yet, at the same time, preparing meals and eating healthier as always on the list of things that I would like to do for myself. However, if there was a service available that could serve as a diet and food preparation consultant then this could make the act of preparing meals much more convenient then having to try to shop and learn how to cook on your own. For example, a diet consultant could come and help you develop a nutritional plan based on your individual goals. Once the diet is decided upon, the consultant could then help teach how to prepare different meals based on these goals. They could recommend various meals and offer a package of different recipes that fit the nutritional goals. Such services are already offered in many places however the business model could be expanded to make it even more comprehensive and convenient for the customer, which would add value.
