Women just aren’t built for the job of frontline combat. Infantrymen have to carry an estimated 100 pounds on their back. At the same time they have to load 90 pound shells into guns that are nearly double the size of that ammunition. This is one of the reasons that women can not handle the stress of frontline combat. Men are built more for the conditions of combat with their broader shoulders and backs, and thicker necks. Women have 45 to 50 percent less upper-body strength, and 25 to 30 percent less aerobic capability. Also men are born with more testosterone in their body.
