The world vanished. We vanished. Everything vanished, as if it never existed, because it did not. This is an alternate reality, where nothing exists, and nothing occurs. No thoughts, no feelings, and none of the joys people feel from belonging. Time and space, everything we are familiar with would disappear. Since we have no experience with nothing, it is hard to conceptualize. It does not exist. Some people may say that love is the optimum gift to receive. It is almost impossible to imagine a life without love. The world would be dark, gloomy, and overrun with hatred every second of every day. Who would want to live like that? However, if nothing ever existed, we would never acquire the abundance of the joys life offers, such as love, compassion, and hope. Existence is the best gift to receive because we need to have a past, present, and future, it gives us emotions and virtues, and it gives us free will.
The concept of existence affects the past, present, and future in many ways. Imagine the best moment in life, gone. No memory, no present moment, no continuance. The past is such an important part of who we are, as it shows us what we did right and wrong, and guides us in what to advocate and what to protest when making present decisions. Likewise, the loss of the present events of our

We would not be able to make a difference in the world, because there would be no world if nothing existed. Everything we stand for would not matter. Love and compassion. Hope and peace. Why would any of those important aspects of life be needed if they never existed? Happiness is something almost everyone seeks. In order to survive, people need all these insubstantial assets. We need something to hope for and look forward to, otherwise there is no point in living. Existence is needed in order for us to make the choices needed to have the incorporeal values of
Because they are something then you can not see it or touch it, but it always twinkle and shining in your memory. We no longer see it surely and clearly. It just marks a good mark in our memory forever. But does those old days such good? We have better science and technology today; We have countless goods in our market;We have better medical care and education today. Why we still love those old days? I think we know the answer. Our feeling about those old days are not just good or better. It look more like a vision then fraud by our memories.This vision does not mean “want”. It look more like someday you meet your first crush, you won’t fall in love with her or him anymore, but you want just talk to her or him.When you meet her or him after so many years, you get a special feeling.This feeling bring you back in time. In the real world you two are having some insignificant chatter.In your memory you sitting at the old school playground. A smiling girl stand in the warm sunlight.She has a bright eyes and long neck. You speak to her with confidence and composure.She looks up into your eyes. Your cheerful mood such as the leaver on the trees,sing with the wind in spring. Your face seem like more handsome than usual.Someday, you willing to do anything for this vision.Someday, I willing to do anything for this vision. Because we know can not go back to that afternoon; we can not sitting at that old school playground again;
The idea about human to reconcile the uncertainties of the past with a new or present situation. Throughout the year I studied the texts about, novel 1984 by George Orwell, a film Good Will Hunting and Shakespeare's play Hamlet. In these texts because the characters' uncertainty about the past, they won’t succeed in future situations in their lives. I'm referring from the text of how these uncertainties can have an effect for these protagonists throughout the story until they reach tougher situations.
What can the past teach us? This is a very widespread and very used question, but if we think carefully of this question that seems so simple and innocent it has so many meanings and importance to mankind, the present and what may be the future. The past can teach us many things, where we come from, who we are, who were our
Ultimately it is stressed that decisions have impact on the unknown, providing comfort as it implements two principles; that undesirable future events are able to be prevented and fixed and that desirable future events are able to be created. The comforting nature of these time travel principles illustrate that the notion of control alleviates fears as sublime ‘what if?’ scenarios are made possible and attainable.
Thus, it is evident that deeply personal moments of one’s past are made significant by the bittersweet nature of life and the inevitability of death which are a part of the human condition. This also reflects the inevitability of growth from innocence to maturation.
The book I would like to tell you about is called Among the Hidden. The author of this book is Margaret Peterson Haddix. In this book, there is a boy named Luke Garner who has never been able to leave his backyard. He has only been able to quickly peak through blinds for fear of being seen. Until the day the workers started cutting the trees down, Luke was able to experience a little fresh air while rough-housing with his brothers in their isolated backyard farmland. The reason for this is because of the population law. The government believed that there wasn’t enough food to feed the growing population, so they made the law that there is only a maximum of two children allowed in each family. That meant that Luke was an illegal third

Most of what we know to be African Literature, talks about the changes from an un-dignified "lion-chasing" culture to that of a semi-dignified European society. The novel Things Fall Apart by Nigerian-born author Chinua Achebe, tells the story of a Umuofian villager named Okonkwo, and how Okonkwo has to come to grips with the changes that are happening in everyday Ibo life. The novel Things Fall Apart is not your typical "tall African tale." The novel is a story, a story not just about one person, but about an entire civil-society circa 1890's that becomes overwhelmed with the ideas and beliefs of the European colonizers, or as some like to refer, "the white man." Author Chinua Achebe witnessed this "invasion" first-hand, so who better

So, Freud speculates on the conjecture that our universe or our world was created in such a way, that we are not be able to live happily for a prolonged time (Farrell 11). He introduces the Principle of Reality, the negative way of achieving happiness, when man strives to avoid

The idea that our memories change the way on which we see the world and ultimately change reality is a difficult one to understand. An answer to this question depends on the way we define reality. If we define reality as objective- then it can not be altered by memories. However if we define reality as subjective, then, yes, our memories can affect our reality. But what do we mean by memories? What do we mean by relationship? What follows is an attempt to answer some of these questions, and see whether and how our memories affect our reality.
Without happiness, people might not be living their lives the way they yearn to. This is a prominent part of the
It should go without saying that one will go through life having many experiences, and more specifically pleasures, we strive to experience these pleasures owing to the fact that we think that these pleasures will make us happy. The majority of, if not all of our existence is dedicated to the pursuit of things that ultimately we think will ensure our happiness. Whether we want to go to college to earn a degree or spend all of your time exploring the world, we do what we do because in the long or short term, we assume that our actions will accomplish our goal of happiness. The pleasures that might normally be considered as the pleasures that are quintessential to exist, or things that are more typical for us to strive for, would likely
