The way that restaurants make their food is what attracts people. Did you know that in the fast food they put an addictive substance called Propylene glycol? This is what can make the food so addicting that you just can’t stop eating it. This also makes the food look/taste fresh and moist. Propylene glycol adds 70 calories and 8 grams of extra fat to the food that you are already eating. This is a drug that is causing them to have such a junky body. Once eat a fast food that that you enjoy your brain likes it and takes it in. On the other hand, your body hates it but still digests the food and do as it is told from the brain. The food that you are eating is probably unhealthy compared to home-made food. Once you have a full on fast food meal that is about ¾ of your calories depending upon what you eat. If you are in an urgent rush fast food may be your only option. If you are left in that scenario choose a place that is healthy and choose healthy meals. Next time keep noodles pack or some other foods that you can eat if you are in an urgent rush. Scientists did a test on rats to see how they would behave toward healthy and junk food. First the scientist left both foods out and the rats choose the junk food. Then the scientist just put the healthy food and they starved themselves till they got the junk food. You can see based upon these results even animals are turning in to humans! Fast food has its pros and cons but it is always best to eat homemade food. You might be wondering so is fast food good or bad? Well there is no simple answer to that. Fast food can be taken if under precautions and eaten every so often. It can also be bad if you become addicted to the food and can’t stop eating it. There are many effects to fast food but obesity is the major one. In some of the fast food that you take there is always something added onto it that you probably didn’t even know of. For example, once you add the olives, cheese, croutons, ranch, etc. in a salad it becomes the same amount of calories as a small fries. Overall homemade food is way healthier than
