The food was great, and the staff was friendly, however, the only problem we incurred, was the lack of knowledge when it came to adding toppings to your burrito or nachos. The nice young lady just patiently awaited our input....Until, I asked her what I was supposed to do, and that I had never been there
For once me and family were all available that day to see each other and we went there to eat and honestly it could've been better, We have been there plenty of times before and normally the food is good but that day it was a little off . I have my go to foods every Time I go there and one of those things are spicy garlic shrimp and that day the shrimp was way overcooked and mushy. I was so disappointed because that is one
Lastly the service at The Cheesecake Factory caught my attention. As soon as we walked through the door we heard, “How are you? Welcome to the Cheesecake Factory”. We were taken to our table by our hostess and then we were asked a drink order. Our drinks were received and the order was taken in a timely manner. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and was very polite while taking our order. We were told our order would be put right in, and the drinks with the complimentary bread came in no time. Then the food arrived and we began to eat. As we ate our meal the server came over twice to check on us and get us refills. We asked for our check and it was received and paid very quickly. While dining at The Cheesecake Factory, the service was fantastic. The server was very attentive and took very good care of us.
The most irritating thing is to have to wait for the staff to bring you things that you need to enjoy your meal. During my last visit my waitress, Manni was the best I’ve ever had at Applebee’s. When the hostess sat us Manni was there to introduce herself and to get our drinks within 2 minutes. When I go out to eat my most favorite part is lemonade. My first question is always what kind of lemonade they have and the selections are normally wide and I choose a different every time. The pomegranate lemonade is to die for and a must have. After the drinks were ordered we were ready to order. Ordering was easy with having a waitress that is very familiar with the menu and able to give suggestions on the popular items, what’s her favorite and what’s her least favorite. After our food arrived she visited our table regularly making sure the food was tasting great and constantly refilling drinks. Her attentiveness was amazing and she deserved every bit of her tip. “MB and I enjoyed the friendly and relaxed manner of our server, Miguela. She was there when we needed her. She did not intrude,” said Marilyn.
My most recent experience was a Tuesday night, after practice, when I had not eaten all day. Although it is a 25 minute drive to the closest Chipotle from Edinboro, the trip is always worth it. As I walked in, the place was packed. A sign said “Maximum Occupancy: 75,” and this crowd was definitely pushing it. I waited patiently in the long line with one of my friends who is also a Chipotle connoisseur. We finally reached the front and the friendly staff asked which type of bread I wanted. I chose a chicken burrito with white rice and no beans. The boy scooped up a hefty helping of chicken and rice and dropped it on my burrito. He then passed it down the line to the next worker where I chose mild salsa and sour cream. The next step, I got cheese and lettuce, and then they wrapped up my burrito in foil. The entire thing costed $6.95 after I chose to get a free water
I have taken my cousin to Studio Movie Grill and both times we have received bad service. The first time we went to watch blockers, we ordered our food and we did not receive it. We called the workers to ask them where our food was two times and both times the workers failed to let us know how long our food was going to take and if we were even going to receive our food. The second time, when we went to watch Incredibles 2, we ordered our food and we were told that our food was going to take 50 minutes, we were fine with that. After an hour, we decided to call the waiter to see how long our food was going to take, he said that he was going to check on our food, still nothing. After an hour and thirty minutes later I decide to call them again,
Shortly after leaving the resort we stopped to get breakfast at a Mcdonalds. Of course Florida is HUGE so it took us a while to find one. The whole drive thru was packed with tourists wondering if Mcdonald's in Florida was any better than their Mcdonalds in their hometown. When we finally got to the drive
If you’re looking for a Mexican restaurant that’s almost better known as a great place to sit and sip margaritas with your friends after work or on a Saturday night, then this is the place for you. Sure they may be equally well know for having great food, a pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, and for being one of the best catering companies in the area. But, you’ll love them for the margaritas just like everyone else.
Christi, I agree that Chic-fil-a is a company that you can go to any location and receive same customer service of a polite, smiling face to represent the company. Chic-fil-a mission is provide a positive influence on all who come in contact with them (CFA Properties, Inc., 2016). This positive customer service is what keeps me coming back along with the fact that the team members shows an interested in making sure their customers are satisfied and the warm welcome. Team member ask for your name when placing an order on the inside and your name is called when your order is ready. The team members always greet you with, “how may I serve your” and end with “it was my pleasure to serve you”. I normally go to Chic-fil-A on my lunch and there
Good thing that their service in incredible because they are very popular! They have limited outside seating which has pros and cons just like every outside seating. In the rainy season there is no cover, so I usually it in my vehicle. Which I don’t mind because I would rather devour my burrito like a savage animal that hasn’t eaten in a month without being watched by
Great taco Tuesday prices, but you are definitely sacrificing taste for the cheaper price. We were told by friends to check this place out because their taco Tuesday options were awesome, and yes they are. But the end result unfortunately is not as good as it was described on the menu. I personally have nothing bad to say about the wait staff here. Our waitress was extremely nice and friendly to us. She took our drink orders about 5 minutes after we were seated, when she returned with our drinks she also brought a basket of extremely stale chips with her. It took us about 10minutes to flag her down again which we didn’t really mind due to the taco Tuesday rush. She immediately took our chips away when we told her it did not taste good at all,
I would definitely recommend it to others, however, because of their satisfying menu choices and engaging faculty. I definitely would go back mainly for the service because it is very inviting and I feel comfortable around such welcoming service, but the food is also a main factor in pleasing the customer, as well. Definitely the kind of place for the common sports fan to hangout and enjoy their favorite sports channel without any
The name of the cart that I went to was Haddads. The type of food they served was American food. I had to wait about 1 minute to order and get my food because there were 5 people in front of me. I ordered a hamburger and a large lemon shake-up that cost about $14.49. The other available items were pork chops, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, soda, and water. There was a grill by the roadside and there were plates to put the food on by the counter. There was a large jar of water and lemons with a tub of sugar to make the lemon shake-ups. The service was good. A lady would take your order and give you your food. Then you would go to another worker and pay, and he would get your drink. My hamburger was juicy and delicious. My lemon shake-up
The service was terrible. My boyfriend and I popped in for a drink to kill some time before a movie and ended having to chug our drinks and scarf our pizza to make it to the movie in time. Everything took FOREVER! The drinks were ok. We each got wine and the pizza was good but a little under cooked.
In addition, it had a whole bunch of people in there walking around getting there food drinks laugh joking around and buying things that they cabbed to eat. While the people that are working there are pleasant people telling people to have a marvelous day and just being very respectful to others who are buying. For example, there were four people that I saw that was there one was a man that had long hair with a black jacket with blue jeans and with a white shirt on to, and then there were three women that had on just a shirt on with a blue jeans on to, and they were all white skinned to. They cabbed there food most of them cabbed a burger with a drink that was a grape soda. When they went up to the cash restorer they all had a good conversation with each other after they were all done
They are in a small shopping center in an awkward place in Friendswood. It was complicated to enter being that they are right next to a traffic light which forces you to go immediately into the turning lane upon the light turning green. Although they did get a corner location, which makes the store look better, it is still a very small place with very limited parking. I can imagine how difficult it could be if they were ever very busy with no parking spaces and more people entering through the awkward entrances. The location is also very in the middle of nothing, you would have to be explicitly going here to see it. Another problem they have is that they sell out of a lot of their flavors very early. I came and got the last of the CCC and R&SV. It was pretty early in the day and they were already running out of flavors, this could cause a problem for them because people would not be satisfied, they could settle, because all the flavors must be good, or they could simply leave. They also didn't have music playing, I prefer it when there is light music playing in the background while I eat, it was very quieter while we ate and while my mom and I filled the void with our talking, it was still missing; something. I believe that as they grow bigger they can solve these
