As some of you have already heard of my upcoming retirement from Callahan Auto Parts at the end of this month, many of you are probably wondering what is going to come and who is stepping in to fill my shoes. I have personally chosen my son, Tommy Boy, to take over the company that I have founded. I know many of you are going to be hesitant about this change but please bear with me and trust me to make the best decision possible for this company and for you. Robertsdale High School is a public school in Robertsdale, Alabama. RHS was built in 1992 in its current location because the previous school buildings were not equipped to grow with the increasing population. The school is one of seven in its district. The mission of Robertsdale High School is to work with the community to provide a high-quality education that promotes learning. RHS strives to keep up with current technology and embrace new learning techniques. I have two mission statements for my life they are “God will not put anything on you that you cannot bare and always remain humble”. The first statement has been my words of wisdom since I was a child. I was always thought that no matter how hard life got do not give up because the problems and the pain will not last forever. I use this statement a lot when I am at work, especially if I’m having a difficult day where it seem like everything is going wrong and it seem like there is no solution. Working in the medical field has taught me to be humble and appreciate my life. I use to work at a dialysis center after talking and seeing how dialysis was taking effect on their everyday life give me a new perceptive on how much we as healthy people
Step 3 is to create a vision. The vision will have to be something that can be realistically achieved within a couple of months. Making small changes to training will better to subtly introduce the existing employees a better way to process the go back to prevent stray items. Mentioning the vision of the company other than just at orientation can improve the focus of the employees. Having a clear vision of where they stand in the company can increase morale due to their stability and contribution in the company.
The key considerations will be, implementing a smooth transition plan that will ensure adequate training and job placement is occurring with current employees so they have a chance to succeed in the new business model. Also, the human resources team will have to manage talent acquisition to accommodate the hiring of the proper individuals that will be needed to drive the changes to the plant and process that will occur such as engineers, managers, quality
When you think of Tyson Foods, what is the first thing that comes to mind? The commercials of the young children eating Tyson’s chicken strips or going into a grocery store and seeing a bag of chicken strips in the frozen food section. Well, Tyson Foods Incorporated is one of the world’s biggest suppliers of not only Chicken but Beef and Pork as well. The company is segmented into five different groups like Pork, Chicken, Beef, Prepared Foods, and Other. The segment of other consists of food items such as soups, sauces, side dishes, pasta, and etc. their products are marked and sold by their sales staff to the following; to grocery retailers, grocery wholesalers, meat distributors, warehouse club stores, military commissaries, industrial food
This mission, to me, means that The University of St. Thomas is committed to their students. It shows that the college truly cares about their students and their success. Not only does the staff want all of the students to graduate from St. Thomas but, also become a better person while they are there. They want the students to become smarter, not only in knowledge of books, but also in life. The goal is to create well rounded students who can be morally responsible and make good decisions on their own. By bettering the students while they are there, the students can then go out into the real world and change things, making our world better. I believe that by St. Thomas educating their students, they will not only make a change in the students'
For the charity assignment, my group and I decided that we wanted our charity to be focused on children because we individually had a love for children in need. We chose to represent Bryan’s House, which is a nonprofit organization located in North Texas. The mission statement for Bryan’s House states, “To serve children with medical or developmental needs and their families by providing specialized care.” Bryan’s House was initially developed after Lydia Allen discovered that she had received a tainted HIV blood transfusion during delivery, which ultimately claimed her life as well as the lives of her two sons Mathew, and Bryan. The organization was primarily focused on caring for children and families that have been affected with HIV, but now it is expanding their services for children and families infected with any disease. They provide medical services as well as emotional support. Bryan’s House has become very active in the DFW area because of its affiliation with ChildCareGroup and Wisdoms Hope.
The New York State educational system provides an array of different types of schools, programs and locations that welcome a diverse range of students. Over the past few years, I have been a cross-divisional math teacher, and most recently Math Department Head, at the Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn, New York. Packer Collegiate Institute is a heterogeneous, mixed race, private, kindergarten through twelfth grade school of roughly 1,000 students.

Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 1 does not go in to detail about the Solider for Life concept. This section of ADP 1 opened my eyes to a fact about my own life that I was unaware of, until now. Through more research online, I have learned that the Department of Defense (DoD) have taken the Solider for Life concept and the Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) and combined them. When I first joined the Army, I did not intend to become a lifelong Solider. However, I could not be more proud of what I do or what the army has made of me.
