The Indianapolis Rose Society coordinated with the Hamilton County Master Gardeners (HCMG) to host a first time festival of roses, Rosefest, in concurrence with the HCMG tea in the garden. She gives the man flower roots and explains how to care for them, then she gives him a few pots and pans to fix then sends him on his way back to the highway.
