Welcome to – blah balh abla
This group is designed for those who wish to discover the truth to which God sees things (privately) behind closed doors. All sexual questions are welcome to be asked, discussed and debated without any reservations or shame.
Please know that as the group owner will never profess to have all the “right” or “wrong” answers.
However, if I do provide an answer, please know my conclusions will derive from my own personal experiences, and resources (such as the Bible, and pastoral counseling) I will personally do my best to help and assist anyone here. If I do not have a (biblical) answer right away, give me time and I will find it.
After I share my findings, its up to the individual as to what they decide to do

I felt that most of what I was doing was not wrong in Gods eyes, especially the acts between me and my husband. I was quite honestly shocked God REMOVED my desires for the lifestyle entirely
In fact, not only did He remove the fetish desires from me, He banished the desire for kink in my husbands heart as well. (I did not ask God to do this. He did this without my knowledge during a period of separation from my husband)
With that said, I believe we should focus less on the question “are these things right or wrong ” ask ourselves more of the following questions such as-
Do I have a strong foundation with God?
Have I submitted my life and myself to God?
Does my life and actions align with what God wants to me to do?
Do I live my life according to God's will?
Do I live my life according to God's word?
Do I read the bible to discover God's truth?
Essentially--- Do I have a relationship and a close relationship with God?
If a person is candid within themselves to the answers of these questions, then God will provide the answers to all the questions they seek. Thus leading them to discover if a particular action is “right” or “wrong” in God's

He does not change. He is One and the same. He does not have different commandments for different people. He does not expect one thing of me, and expect something different from another.
As I walk deeper into my faith, to the same God of everyone else, the more He changes me, (as He changes everyone else)
As I grow in my Christianity He blesses me with Spiritual Discernment, thus convicting me of my sins after I repent for them, and He in turn removes my (sinful) fleshly desires.
There is no place for sin when person is at Gods feet. In order to be at His feet, sin must be washed away, and repented of. Otherwise we are still just at a distance from being in the presence of God and in His will. From my own desire to be closer to my Father, I have discovered the majority of things I participated in were sins. Not only were they sins, but they were abominations.
I see my new life in Christ like a surprise gift.
Overnight He removed the thirst and hunger I had for BDSM and replaced the empty well of my soul with a desire and fire for Him.
I am no longer quenched searching desperately to be satisfied and fulfilled.
God changed my “taste buds” of my soul, and the former things no longer taste good to me, or feel good to
What was confusing for me, was starting to go to church with my family at the age of fourteen, but still witnessing my father’s sexual expression not change. From what I was being taught about the Bible, sex or sexual issues were only appropriate in marriage between a man and woman. The male was the leader of
Sexual Purity: A Call to Holiness INTRODUCTION The world in which Christians live today is very similar to the world that Paul taught, lived, and traveled in. Christians are surrounded by and struggle with the issue of sexual purity that believers struggled with in Paul’s day. Sexual immorality is a result of a much larger problem: the refusal of God’s call to be holy. The pagan Gentiles during the New Testament had a skewed picture of moral issues, including sexuality. F. F. Bruce provides a unique look into Greek culture and morality when he quotes Demosthenes who lived during this time period: “We keep mistresses for pleasure, concubines for our day-today bodily needs, but we have wives to produce legitimate children and serve as
The drinking, sex, and other sins that can be visualized are usually pointed out by people. However, God sees the internal sins just as well as the external sins, and in God’s eyes no sin is greater than the other (James 2:10-11, Romans 3:23, and Romans 3:10). Bitterness, pride, jealousy, worry, self-righteousness and idolatry are just a few of the sins that linger inside of our hearts. There is only one way to be righteous and that is through the righteousness given to us through faith in Jesus Christ (Romans
There are areas that I can work on, much like anyone, and areas that I am working on. Currently I am striving to be healthier person in all aspects in my life, which is particularly important as a single woman about to enter the next season of her life. I have always been very open about my sexual expressions and attitudes because I know that dangerous behaviors and beliefs are often cultivated in secret, hidden places of the heart. Occasionally, this mindset can cause me to be a little too open and sometimes leads to discomfort on behalf of some of my acquaintances, but my closest friends are used to my conversations and questions about sexuality. Humans are sexual beings, especially women (even though people like to assume that we aren’t), it’s ridiculous to assume that sexuality can or should be cut of from my the Lord. There’s an entire book of the bible dedicated to the sexual expression and relationship between man and wife, in the HOLIEST BOOK! Sexuality and religion should blend seamlessly. I may have this philosophy about religion and sexuality in part because of the influence of books that I have read, in particular Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers (and all books by her truly). In Redeeming Love, and in the biblical book Hosea, the relationship between man and wife is celebrated and God describes his love for his church as a bridegroom in
For Christians, the physical body lay at the heart of what it meant to be a free person destined for communion with God. In contrast to Gnosticism, The Apostle Paul exclaims, “I discipline my body and bring it under strict control, so that after preaching to others, I myself will not be disqualified” (1 Cor. 9:27). The Apostle Paul also stated that it is “better to marry than to burn with desire,” conceding that others may feel the need for sexual release. However, there is some discussion about the word “burn,” and whether it relates to sexual desire or to eternal damnation for those who practice sex outside the bonds of matrimony. For followers of Christ, the physical body was regarded as “a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit,” and adherents were tasked with “glorifying God [with their] body” (1 Cor. 6:19). Christians were commanded not to escape their earthly bodies and “be merely passers-by,” as Gnostics suggested, but instead, to “present [their] bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this [was their] spiritual worship” (Romans 12:1-2). Thus, the body is an essential symbol of Christianity. There are various other disputes among the Gnostics and the Christians regarding the nature of humans and fleshy
From a Christian perspective, the concept of sin suggests that all humans are tainted by their wrongdoing as well as the wrongdoings of other people (McMinn et al., 2006). The story of Adam and Eve, which is perceived by many Christians to be the original sin, is often seen as the marker that tainted humanity with sin (McMinn et al., 2006). McMinn et al. suggest that the real conception of sin may not leave one in a state of despair, at last from a Christian theology perspective, but instead it may lead one toward a God that offers forgiveness of sins (2006). Out of a sample of 200 Southern Baptist pastors, 26 pastors responded to an optional question that asked, “What do you wish every psychologist knew about the nature of sin? (McMinn et al., 2006, p. 3-4). Responses revealed that sin is seen as both an act and a state, at least from a Christian perspective (McMinn et al., 2006). Sin as a state holds the idea that all humans are born into a state of sin, and that the problem of sin is bigger than the act of sin because sin relates back to creation whereas sin as an act holds the idea that certain attitudes and actions are sinful (McMinn et al., 2006). In addition, McMinn et al. suggests that sin as an act is seen as a violation to the moral will of God while sin as state takes away from personal responsibility
One of the means of suffering, or actually, renouncing of pleasure practiced by ascetic christians was abstaining from sex. The abstaining of sex was used to become closer to God by denying the worldly pleasure of sex. Sex satisfied the body, but ascetic christians wanted to strengthen and satisfy their souls. They believed that sex was easy to exploit and that it was the cause of many lustful sins. This proved that the body was truly mortal and the cause of sin, and to strengthen the soul ascetic christians had to abstain and purify
Our sinfulness is not just our many sins, but it is so much more. It is the orientation of our hearts and minds. We are complete sinners. From the beginning of time our mindset has been rebellion against Him. It is through our sin that we reject God and that all acts of sin orgininate.
Sin bottled up on the inside, concealed from everyone else's view, carries the very same guilt as sin that manifests itself in the worst forms of ungodly behavior. Those who hate others are as guilty as those who act out their hatred; and those who indulge in private lusts are as culpable as wanton adulterers
This scripture distinctly indicates this instruction transpires unequivocally from Christ Jesus, stating this is the will of God; whereby, if people ‘despise’ anything concerning this teaching – then they need to speak to God, and not the messenger. Another scripture of Paul writes, “But we have this ‘treasure in earthen vessels,’ that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us” (2 Cor 4:7). This occurs as an alternative scripture praising the sexual treasure of people’s vessels that exists by the power of God. Frankly, it remains puzzling to me how this “personal involvement” of self stimulation became quite demeaning and ridiculed by a large amount Christians and, generally, making the sheer thought appalling for scores of folks. Conversely, just as a person’s sexual activity ‘within a marriage,’ becomes dictated by the loving thoughts, feelings, and attitudes of a couple’s mental behavior; undeniably, this same evaluation should occur toward a wholesome Godly relationship. This sexual mentality becomes in complete control and operates according to a person’s thoughts and what persists within a person’s makeup that establishes integrity or confusion within their heart.
Early philosophers taught people to know ‘the divine truth of the gods,’ possession by the gods needed to took place, becoming ‘overwhelmed with religion;’ principally, there were numerous instigators of this obsession, like Pan, Aphrodite, and Bacchus. Due to the gods and goddesses offensive reputations concerning ‘sacred sex,’ with temple prostitutes and other methods, Satan’s lust encompasses an enormous domination over the people and effectively establishes sexual pleasure as his invention. Due to this conditioning, God’s sexual position within the Christian movement would have numerous obstacles to contend with. Importantly, the division within the Christian Church
For centuries, sin has been a struggle in each individual's daily life. From the beginning of time, Satan has lured people to commit sins—straying them away from God. As sins can become addictive, people crave the feeling of the satisfaction from committing wrong doings. Every day humans consciously commit sins like lust, gluttony, violence, greed, and hypocrisy.
As sex becomes more exposed in society, there are many controversial topics. Sex to some is considered personal and private, while others believe sex is seductive and it sell. In a survey by The National Health and Social Life it was discovered that many people say that married sex is the most satisfying. This interesting finds brings up the topic of God’s design for sex. God says that sex is for a complimentary pair, meaning a man and a woman. God also designed sex to be inside a permanent union. God created sex for procreation, pleasure, and bonding. The sexual revolution of the 1960s completely changed what sex looked like in society. Sex was detached from procreation, marriage, gender, and most importantly God. This sexual revolution trend still continues today. Many people have sex outside of marriage, and for some
There are moments that you do not want to do the bad things but your sinful nature makes you do it. It is like a battle. Your mind is fighting against your spirit and your feelings against your mind. However, I felt a first love for God that I was spiritually yearning for his presence. When I was worshiping God, my emotions were like a glass of melting ice. He started to connect his feelings with mine and his love in my heart was getting greater and greater. This experience changed that feeling of depression into motivation. I began to love myself, to feel proud of who I was, and to recognize all the blessings around me.
First, we must see our sin in light of a Holy God and depend on His righteousness.
