Within our world communication through each other is better now than it was 45 years ago, that means to communicate with each other is now easier and better not like before now we can give messages and save each other easy, such as Kfc Company will be able to keep up-to-date on what happens in their factories will be aware of anything new in a matter of seconds. KFC has factories along the road in Oman, any things happened in Kfc Company it will be easier to reach any messages for their employees without waiting to know what happen so they will be able to come up with solutions if they have any

So managers of Kfc Company they have the ethical pressure as they have to make sure they are engaged in a moral and also on the right track. The benefits to the KFC when the moral response is that they are doing business the right way and follow the laws and regulations. The disadvantage of KFC moral response is that it would be difficult for them to be on top of morality (the-implications-of-businesses-operating, 2016).
• Implementing ethical practices
Some well-known names have begun to implement the moral position on the issues that affect us all. For example, working with consumer walker’s change in their mind as they make changes to their products. So it would be KFC to bear in mind the welfare of consumers when making products. The benefits to the KFC Company’s is that they can make products with the fact to meet the needs of consumers. The disadvantage of the KFC is that they have to bear in mind what consumers will think of their products, and that can be benefit them.

Readers want facts that prove that because technology is on the rise it’s deteriorating communication. The audience needs the numbers or some type of proof, without this, the author’s claim can be counter argued and considered
Another limit to ethical behaviour at McDonald’s might be training and discipline within the company. For example, if an experienced employee was selected for a course or was offered a promotion, another employee might find it unfair and discriminative. Similar situation could possibly happen when it comes to discipline, for example a manager would treat employees making the same mistake differently and favour one person more than another. If any of the employees made an official complaint about any of those, it could lead to publicity’s hesitation and bad relations between employees within the company and its suppliers.

Moreover, the growing number of conscience consumers was highlighted in a recent Bursen-Marsteller report; “people will more likely choose a product that supports a social cause when choosing between otherwise similar products” (Penn, Schoen & Berland, 2010). These average consumers daily decisions are slowly but surely being influenced by social concern and responsibility. Finally, the critical issue for Company Q is the social responsibility to its customers, who looks to business to provide them with satisfying, safe products and respect their rights as customer.
Under this task I will explain the ethical issues that business needs to consider in its operating activities and how a business they could improve the ethical of their operations and also I will evaluate the influence of stakeholders exert in one company.

The Harvard business review, stated that “in 1992 the Chinese government granted foreign companies greater access to markets, KFC China’s managers gradually developed the blueprint that would transform the chain.” (Yums' China, 2017) Although they have done well for themselves they struggled, as growth was steady but slow and their customer base was shrinking. “In November 2016 Yum China Holdings, Inc. became a licensee of Yum brands in Mainland China; they have exclusive rights to KFC.” (Yums' China, 2017) Yum controls approximately 7,300 restaurants and more than 400,000 employees in more than 1, 100 cities. YUMS generated over $8bln in sales in 2015.

Ethics involve an individual's moral judgments concerning what is right and/or wrong. Individuals or groups of people are responsible for making decisions in an organization (shaw, 2008). Decisions within the organization are always emanate from the company's culture. However, the decision to act ethically and morally requires an individual judgment. Thus, members of staff are obligated to make decisions that reflect their right course of action (shaw, 2008). This involves rejecting the option that could lead to the greatest short-term gain. The leadership of most organizations stresses the need to adopt ethical behaviors and corporate social responsibility. Ethical dealings can earn the organization various benefits. For instance, it may attract more clients to the business thus boosting sales; employees could be motivated to stay longer in the organization thereby reducing recruitment expenditures. Ethical behaviors could also earn the business a favorable reputation that could attract investors. Categorically, a lack of social responsibility or unethical behavior may hurt the firm's reputation and scare away investors. Sales and profits could fall in the process.

Brands has been a quite successful, thriving company with record setting growth and profitability, I would still support the decision today. PepsiCo had too many oars in the water with the beverage business, the snack business (Frito Lay) and the fast food restaurant business. It could not successfully manage all the diversity it had acquired.
