67. What is God, or better, WHO IS GOD?
• God is Supreme, All Embracing, ETERNAL Living Being in which organism – THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE - we all live - move, have our being, and fulfill the role of being the SENSORY INSTRUMENTS in function of its CONSCIOUSNESS.
• God is the only being with Primary & Secondary Consciousness in simultaneous function and the only Being which always has THE INNER Life Perception. There is nothing ‘outside’ God. The God ‘I’, in principal, does not differentiate from any other ‘I’, per example, ‘I’ of an insect, or a retard person, or a plant or an ‘I’ belonging to some planet or the cluster of ‘I’s in a fire or in any mineral composition. The God’s ‘I’ is, also, Inaccessible for ANY Sensory Perception and is “…THE LIVING CAUSE FOR ALL INFINITY OF COMBINATIONS OF MOVEMENTS OF MATTER, that, for senses, become the Infinite Profusion of Created Details that CONSTITUTE ETERNAL DIVINE REVELATION we call UNIVERSE. (Quote from book#, ‘THE ROAD TO LIFE’, chapter #6)
• “The God’s ‘I’ is the Eternal Axis around each Revolve ALL ‘Time’ and ‘Space’ Creations.” The Infinitive ‘Sum’ of All ‘I’s is The Godhead. The Cosmic Analysis of GOD – ‘SOMETHING WHICH IS’ - show its TRIUNE PRINCIPLE of ‘constituents’: THE GODHEAD or The ‘I’ of God, THE ‘HOLY SPIRIT’ or THE GOD’S CREATIVE POWER & God’s Organism - THE UNIVERSE. God Consciousness is The Mental Energy that Animates Nature. (Martinus Quote, public lecture held in Copenhagen in 1963) check
• All living beings as
Who is God? God is the creator of all according to the Christian worldview. As Christians we believe that God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Diffey, 2015, Ch. 3) We trust that God be existent in three persons. After reading the Genesis chapters, I understood that God
God created the universe and all parts thereof. God is separate from his creation. God rules over his creation. The creation of the universe is a gift from God, ruled by God. God is transcendent.
God is “something than which no greater being can be thought”. 2. “Something than which no greater being can be thought” is able to exist in understanding and thought. 3. It is greater to exist in reality than to simply exist in thought.
From the Excerpts on God from a Neo-Scholastic Theology Book, we learn from its first section that God is a subsistent (continuously existing) being, and that he is existence itself. As written by Reys in the first excerpt "Subsistent Being," "[God's] existence is not an activity distinct from the ultimate being... Its 'nature' and 'existence' are one single eternal fact" (CP2 10). Likewise, we see this same fact in Chapter 3 of CP2, where it says, "With anything other than God, you can distinguish its nature/essence from its existence... [b]ut with God, you can't distinguish His nature from His existence, because they're the same thing" (CP2 6). These both relate to each other as they both say that God's nature and God's existence are one
It is a conceptual truth that God is the greatest possible being that can be imagined. (God exists as an idea in the mind.)
It was Bhartrhari that once said, “Our life is like the ' unstable wave, Our bloom of youth decays. Our joys are brief as lightning flash n summer 's cloudy days, Our riches fleet as swift as thought; Faith in the One Supreme Alone will bear us o 'er the gulfs Of Being 's stormy stream.” Though Bhartrhari presents to us a great truth, it also leaves the reader with a question. This question is simply, who is the “One Supreme Alone” that this author speaks of? Who is God? What makes Him so “Supreme”? Does this “Supreme One” server purpose in today’s society? I would like to argue that this “Supreme God” is sovereign, triune, has many of other attributes that complements His superlative ways, and He is indeed needed in our lives today!
God is one substance, and is entirely different from man. As a result of this, God cannot be described at all by man.
The definition of God is the creator and ruler of the universe and source of all moral authority; the Supreme Being. Though many people won’t believe it there is a God; if he didn’t exist this galaxy, this earth and the people that dwell in it would not exist. The purpose of this paper is inform people of his existence.
Yes, it is accomplished! After all, I go through in life. I was very proud to arrive in the United States five years ago. Today, I am even more proud to be an American Citizens through naturalization. & as I always will be a proud Central African! Big thanks from the bottom of my heart to those who help me along this way to this unimaginable today. I truly cannot make it without all the assistance, supports, encouragement, advice I have received in life. & Importantly, I thanks the mighty God for giving me such a great permission and for making everything possible. Because without God will nothing is possible in life. Very Blessed!
The invisible God made visible in the flesh. This concept has been so inconceivable to man that Apostle Paul explains in Php. 2:5 that one must think like God and the only way that can be done is one must have God, the Holy Spirit, living in him or her. Without the Holy Spirit, who teaches and reveals the deep things
The existence of God is a question that has troubled and plagued mankind since it began to consider logic. Is there a God? How can we be sure that God exists? Can you prove to me that He is real? Does His existence, or lack thereof, make a significant difference? These loaded questions strike at the heart of human existence. But the real question is, can we answer any of them? These questions are answered in the arguments of St. Thomas Aquinas, Blaise Pascal and St. Anselm of Canterbury. For thousands of years, theologians, philosophers and scientists have been trying to prove or disprove God’s existence. Many, including the three mentioned above, have strong proofs and theories that attempt to confirm God’s existence. Although, without any scientific evidence, how can they be entirely sure? “Philosophical proofs can be good proofs, but they do not have to be scientific proofs,” (Kreeft). Gravity similar to God’s existence ; it cannot be seen nor explained, yet it still exists. With faith, reason, understanding and even some math, God’s existence can be verified rationally.
By God I understand a being absolutely infinite, i.e., a substance consisting of an infinity of attributes, of which one expresses an eternal and infinite essence (1def6)
According to the doctrine of Christianity, God is an original entity and a predecessor of the whole world, omnipresent, omnipotent and
There 6 terms that were given to us in class. Each has it’s own meaning but they all intertwine with each other so perfectly you can almost put them all in one group. Come to think of it we kind of already did. They are: Humility, Intentional, Grace, Real, Relevant, and Relational. They each mean something different to different people. They each are characteristics of the God, “most” all of, America servers. I put the quotations around most because there is a large group of Americans that classify themselves as Christians, and claim to serve God. Really these are just the fans of our nation, and some aren’t even that. They say they serve, but do they really? You have to be carefully when you talk about
• God is the most high God, all-powerful, all-knowing, the creator, full of unfailing love and truth, God is the only “true” God. He is the light.
