What is organizational change? This is a question that is imperative to know the answer to in order to fully understand today’s industry and workplaces. According to, organizational change is defined as a company or organization that is going through a transformation which can occur when business strategies or major sections of an organization are altered. In order for companies to succeed in altering their business in any way, they really must understand how important it is to know how to deal with organizational change to make sure that it goes over efficiently and effectively. The same can be said for me as well.
