While we may often look to celebrities such as Thomas Edison because of their fame and fortune, real heroes exhibit more selfless qualities that reach beyond that of a self-fulfilling celebrity. Furthermore, real heroes go above and beyond, taking their actions more to help others, rather than themselves. Above all, the role they have accomplished is served with confidence and seriousness, and not taking in any counters on them. Taking this into consideration, Thomas Edison is my personal hero because of his invention on present functional energy made the world more successful and precise. Moreover, Edison was a hero who was made. Childhood can be explained as a simple, early period, at a beginning of a life time. However, in Edison’s early years, cannot be specified as simple. In Edison’s early generation, his time was mainly focused on labs and experimental variables. This may be a transfer of genetics from his parents, Samuel Edison and Nancy Edison. Edison was the seventh and the last child of his family. In early lifetime, Edison’s mother has helped his son set up a small laboratory in the basement of their home.
