They can continue to grow as musicians together if he stays in the band. Even though he is better he can make them better too. He can make the band even better as a whole.
Then on the other hand, he could face new opportunities with the Jazz band. He could
It would be good for his career if he did the Jazz band. He could maybe make a career with his friends but more likely to make a career with the Jazz band. He could make an actual living from it. He could provide for a family later on in life. He would also be able to afford things he needed. It could make his life easier.

Morton really wanted to stand out and be an over the top musician. After he left the groups he toured the south in a musician show for about a year and a half. In Ken Kesey’s novel “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”, the nurse Miss Ratched is a fine example of a realistic fictional villain. Possession of three key components is essential in identifying what makes Miss Ratched a villian. Motive is what drives the villain to commit the very acts that allow them to be considered evil in the first place, and often drive their entire being as a character. While they must possess motive, they must also have a sense of morals that coincides with their motives (typically evil, or distorted) and follow their moral compass in a way that often causes trouble for those around them. Additionally, a villain is frequently associated with their opposite; the hero who combats them. Kesey’s character perfectly aligns with these three categories of what makes a villain, and it is unquestionable that she is the villain of the novel.

Two predictable events that would have taken place in Michael’s life are his successful music career and him leaving home.
Louis Daniel Armstrong, “the world’s greatest trumpeter,” once said, “Music is my life and I live to play.” Armstrong dedicated half of his life trying to be the best trumpet player and vocalist he could be. When he was younger times were rough, but he fought through it by playing the cornet. As Louis got better and older he started Scat singing and creating records. By the end of his career he had changed Jazz history for the better. I think Louis Armstrong was a determined man and deserved the recognition he got. Considering that he grew up in a poverty-ridden section of New Orleans, he continued to follow his dream.
