Do Outsiders have Value in a Society Outsiders unfortunately are most everywhere, but do they possess a value to our society? Some might believe they do not because after all they have been outcast for a reason. Some may also think that they do have values like their opinions, their views on change, or their perspective on a current situation because in a way they are in ways just like you and me. Often in many cases outsiders are valuable to society. Outsiders in society can have value in society in many ways. They in many cases can present and unbiased opinions to many situations or groups. For example a high school class is electing a class president and it results in a tied vote. It would be then that an outsider could come in and give an unbiased vote. Although some might argue that he or she may have already been in this situation before because most people have graduated high school and may be able to relate to one side more than the other. They often if given the chance will bring up the idea of change because they have most probably experienced the worst side of things and have seen what causes such problems and issues. This would make them a prime candidate for fixing a long unsolved situation. Although many might argue that their opinion does not matter because of two reasons. The first being that the individual is most likely uneducated, and second their view for the change would most likely only benefit most outcasts, so it would only benefit a minority of the population. The outsider would argue back that since they live in the United States, and everyone is free and equal, then why should they as a minority be treated any differently than the majority. So with their views added they should be able to come up with a solution that benefits everyone not just the minority or the
