Anti-semitism is prejudice and hostility toward Jewish people. Anne Frank was a Jewish girl who was alive while the Nazi ruler Adolf Hitler was in control of Germany and most of the countries around it. Adolf had anti-semitic views toward Jewish people. He wanted to extinguish the Jewish people from the planet. Anne was forced to hide in a secret annex in her father's office building for two years. She and her family were found and sent to concentration camps. They were all killed except Anne’s father. The world should be exposed to what happened to Anne and her family. The world should know Anne’s story because it teaches a historical lesson, it teaches people to not discriminate against a certain group of people,and it can help stop bullying. …show more content…

Anne had to go into hiding for 2 years because if she did not she would have been killed or taken to a concentration camp. Anne’s story gives first hand account of what people had to go through during the holocaust. Many people had to go through the same thing that Anne had to go through. Anne’s story is a good way to learn about what happened in the holocaust and what actually happened. The Anne Frank story should also be told so it can prevent people from discriminating against people that are different than they are. Adolf Hitler discriminated against Jews just because he did not like them. I think if people will think twice before they discriminate if they heard about Anne’s story. In the movie Anne feels a lot of pain and frustration. She lets out her pain and frustration and I could see it in the movie. Anne’s story could help stop discrimination against
