Before we begin I would like to apologize as this profile is my sisters (Used to play) I did not realize that it was logged in, my real profile is WinterTears. I am deeply sorry for any misunderstandings this has caused. IGN (InGame Name): WinterTears Date of application: 19th of July 2015 (19/7/15) Age: 14 Country: Australia NSW Time zone: AEST (UTC + 10) (Australian Eastern Standard Time) InGame ranks (Mine rank and Donation Rank, only if you have one): Hoping to be Drought soon and Z mine rank. 1. Why do you want to be staff?: I feel that being staff is an important job in the community. Due to this the fact that I only see 1 or 2 staff members online when I am on means that if they are afk, no one can help players or regulate the server. Being staff would mean that this is no longer an issue. CycloneNetwork is a friendly server which while not exactly for 3 year olds is not extremely explicit. However people occasionally tend to be explicit if they are angry thus causing other players to feel threatened or mad themselves. This is a major problem as if everyone is fighting people will be getting mad and leaving the server or feel like donating would be a bad thing as it could be a waste of money. We all have our moments and in those moments we sometimes need …show more content…
ONLY 3 SPACES LEFT!!! Wow that's a lot of money! But lets be real, imagine seeing that all over the server, eventually it would become such an eyesore that nobody would even bother looking at the chat while some new player is innocently asking, "Can someone help me find the sell sign?" And everybody ignores them. Excessive caps make eyesores that nobody wants in the chat and because of the fact that sometimes staff just can't be on to handle these caps, players are going to start to ignore the chat altogether and leave our new player confused and with no one to help them causing them to
Now, we all make mistakes and we've learned from them, I have been warned for caps and I've learned from that. I've been falsely muted and the player that did that also made a mistake, but we learn from them. I'm enjoyed by the fact that a Staff Member works with all types of people of all sorts of age. I think I'm that type of person, I love to help people and explaining everything they need. I'd like to explain how they could do certain things on Factions and the basics of this server. I think it's important that a staff member can do that, but still in a professional and polite way. As a staff member, I tried to help everyone on there with everything they need.
I have had a little amount of experience in staff on multiple small servers, that have recently been shutdown for financial issues, although I have no proof of this I would be able to show this if I am Helper. My experience is very little but I know the insides and outs of Helping on Cyclone from my many years playing here, I have been here since Velocity and even played on the server that Dwizofoz was Admin on before he made Velocity. I have listed my past usernames in my introduction if any of you were wondering who I was. I have been given a lot of positive feedback from staff and other players which will continue to motivate me to do the right thing is all situations. Here's my experience:
(Especially Factions). People use autosoup, forcefield, and knockback, which is unfortunate and unfair towards a lot of the players on the server who play clean. Everyone would enjoy the server more if it was played the way it should be. I will help people who try to scam, or trickery by using mischievous chat such as /pay [name] -[amount]. We all know that does not deduct money from one's account, but a little kid may want to fall for it. That may provide him/her with a bad experience on the server. With me as a Helper or other staff member, I can help clean up the server, answer questions, give info, and even build. (If you ever need a builder)
When I was fifteen, I was an ordinary girl. I got stressed about fitting in at school, worried about grades, had a secret crush, and had a not-so-secret addiction to Doctor Who. I had body image issues and was insecure, but knew that it was something everyone worried about. The only things that I cared about were the banal subjects that mattered, and will continue to matter, to every teenage girl in this American society. I loved going to school, if only to talk to my friends, and the only characteristic that made me different from any of them was my love of winter guard. All that my sweet little life consisted of until I was sixteen was my dream of becoming a lawyer and a vast array of minuscule problems that could probably have been fixed with a few kind words, or at least a little bit of chocolate. That all changed two months after my sixteenth birthday, when an unfortunate turn of events landed me in the hospital.
Many people don't know about winterguard, some don't know about Colorguard. These sports are both amazing and graceful in their own way, whether it be tossing a double on a rifle or spinning the six foot flag. Many people would be surprised on how different these two sports are. This paper will discuss the differences, and similarities, between these two sports of the arts.
I would like to be part of the CycloneNetwork staff because I feel like it would be a great experience and I think I’ll be able to help everyone that plays the server have a great experience too. I’m an extremely active member and there’s always times when there aren’t any staff on or they are too busy to help everyone. I think I’d be a good Helper because I’d be able to help stop people from breaking rules, like using caps, scamming and spamming by using warnings and mutes where needed. I’d be able to make sure people who hack and advertise and banned appropriately. I always try my best to make everyone happy and put their needs first.

The main reason i want staff is to help the community and make sure that the community stays a good community and that people don't just go on and just step all over it so that the server ends up getting ruined in the long run. Also I want people to feel safe on the server like when minecraft got Ddos I want people to know that we will try our hardest to catch people who ddos on the server or even if they hack. I want the community to stay strong and for people to keep wanting to join and have fun on the server.
I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out.
Why do you want to be staff? - I want to be staff on The Cyclone Network because I’ve always had this ambition, whenever I meet a new community I feel as if I need that ambition to play in effect. My ambition is that I want to help players, I want to help them bring forward their greatest possibilities and be out-going, I want them to be happy, protected, and safe, to believe that all of us are family and should stick together to ensure the greatest possibilities. And now, I desire for that ambition to come true, I’ve always wanted to do so, and finally I want to play it in effect. I want to help you guys out so that everyone will feel welcomed and just enjoy the game and not to have to worry about all the hard feelings that may past by. The player must enjoy the game, and I want to deliver that to the network.
Most people love fall because it’s starts to get pretty outside and feels good. But in fall, allergies start and sometimes it get really cold. Also in fall, you start sports and you know what that means. Sport injuries, yay. Not really, but here are three ways to help you transition into winter.
Throughout the Winter Survival exercise, I have observed many of the OB theories that I have read in the text book and discussed during class. My group was full of diverse members that consisted of different personalities, which helped the group to see a variety of perspectives and possible solutions to the assignment. My group was made up of five people: Jake, Zaid, Zac, Nelly and myself. This exercise helped me understand important concepts from the OB theories as well as how my personality influenced my decisions, and perception of the group. During the exercise, I focused on making my ideas clear and persuasive to the group but I did not try to take power over the group or members in the group. I simply stated my idea and listened carefully to everyone else’s’ opinions.
I have been playing a really long time on Cyclone Network. And I have seen the previous staff members, which some were great, and some weren't so great. I plan to make the community to fit everyone of all ages, and I wish to see the players happy at all times. I can always hop onto any server and help other staff and
I think one of the biggest reasons I should be accepted is because I am very experienced in moderating and being staff. I would like to think im good at helping the community . I am used to dealing with toxicity in the chat or the team-speak so there 's not a problem with that.I get along with everyone and i work in a team well. Furthermore i love taking advice from other staff admins or owners because then i can realise my mistakes and fix what i 'm doing wrong. Working as a team is very important for staff as there is a lot of players compared to staff members so being efficient is key. I am a very patient and calm person in general which I think is a big asset to have when moderating a popular server. I know how to keep my cool and be calm in all situations so I can be as good as possible.I have a lot of experience in HCF servers which
