Our unwritten rules are the same being that we work with young children, so its very important to never leave the children unattended because you never know what they could end up in and also its very important to make sure that yo entertain the children because they always seem to act up when nobody is entertaining them. I agree with you that working with children makes you responisble because you know children are the hardest thing to watch so to know that you can watch them and take care them without any trouble is a good thing.
In addition adults which working with children have an big impact on keeping children and young people safe within the setting, policies and procedures are very important an all staff that are working with children should have been informed and learned this is important because the workers must know what they have to do, what’s expected when they are working with children. Furthermore the policies in the setting will state what is expected as well as approved of the workers; they explain what the organisation does and how it should be carried out so that the child or young adult can be safe from abuse.
Task 21. Explain why it is important to work with the child or young person to ensure they have strategies to protect themselves and make decisions about safety.
Overall it is important to bring about this practice because it requires staff to provide a safe working environment for children and young people and provide guidance about safe working practices. Employers also have a duty of
Also in a childcare environment you should have an adult present at all times and asking children if they are ok and interacting with them not just as a group but individually too.
I agree one challenge of working with kids would be how to keep them focus on the session. As Corey, Corey, and Corey stated, “the size and duration of a group depend on the age of the members” (p 290).
I have had numerous opportunities to volunteer and work with children of all abilities. Many of these children had independent or concurrent learning disabilities, emotional problems, and/or behavioural problems. I met these individuals through organizations I volunteered or worked for, programs I organized, and through summer camps where I was a counsellor that all catered children with disabilities. I also have personal relationships with children of family friends.
To use my experiences and abilities in working with children and parents. I believe that working with young people and parent is my calling and my nature. I also like to apply my experiences and abilities in leading children to become an excellent students as they can be. Also, helping children to grow and learn in healthy and positive

Juveniles have been making the choice to involve them in criminal activity in society. Many factors that cause for this behavior are low self-esteem, hanging with the wrong crowd, peer pressure, and bad role models. There are programs that help youth changes the way they think and help them make the right choices. These programs are also designed to help with the rate of juvenile activity. The types of services and programs that are to the youth and families help with the changes being made. The two different programs that will be discussed are:
Working with Families on Addressing Feelings and Problem Solving was a topic that struck a cord with myself. I personally do not work with children presently; however, I feel that this chapter will be most vital in my future work with children. Being able to solve problems and express feelings are skills essential to function well in a community. In a preschool or school age settings conflicts will occur and without the means of resolving these issues; the environment will remain unpleasant.
For as long as I can remember, working with kids has impacted the way I would like to create change. Working with 4th grade students at the Rafael Hernandez School made me realize how much I loved helping students, watching their faces glow up when they understood their work. I assisted them with homework help and came up with fun activities that would help them gain essential skills like teamwork. We played games like the Human Knot, where kids had to work together and communicate with each other in order to untie themselves. As a student, I know how important it is to have someone as a tutor or a mentor. This experience helped me acquire a leadership role in my community and allowed me to give back to the school that raised me. This experience
To combat the sun for the bright afternoon naps, a room with closed curtains that keep out light is suggested, as well as a white noise machine to drown out mid-day noises such as dogs barking or lawn mowers (Williams, 2008).
Goldenberg suggested that the phase you are currently engaged in is the family with young children. It is exciting to welcome little ones into the family system. It is also a period of major adjustment for a family to accept young children. The family unit must expand their way of thinking and in your case having two young children (Goldenberg & Goldenberg, 2013). It is also a period of the family unit being involved in rearing young children. In your case you have to adjust to your spouse being deployed. It adds an extra layer of stress especially when you do not have great resource of family around to help raise two young children while your spouse is deployed for a period of 6 to 11 months. During my time in the military I was deployed
The importance of creativity, and also promoting creativity, is something that should not be taken lightly. There is so much that is intertwined in creativity. Without creativity in our classrooms or society things that we have today might not exist, such as the television or Internet. If
A child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) faces challenges with daily activities like getting dressed, eating, and using the bathroom. With each of these activities the child often needs a support person like a clinician or therapist, but most often it is a family member who acts as caretaker. Children spend most of their time with their parents and siblings, and it is because of this that they become the natural support person. While family members are the most convenient choice to assist a child with ASD, they are not always the most equipped. Clinical care can be a vital tool for education, interventions, and respite care for the families, if they are delivered properly. Measuring the satisfaction of services provided to
