This questionnaire will utilize close-ended questions for several reasons. The close-ended questions enable pre-set answers which allows for greater ease of coding and analyzation of answers while simultaneously taking away any opportunity for unnecessary or undesired answers to questions. It also adds to higher incidences of participation in the study because the respondent will not have to take vast amounts of time to respond to short-answer questions which can be daunting for those who have difficulty reading or writing which is important in regards to seniors who may have difficulty reading due to poor eyesight or may have problems holding a pen or pencil due to arthritis.

Because it is a quiz which is generally short and is for younger students the quiz should consist of ten randomly generated questions.

This is an individual assignment. You must work alone to complete this quiz. It is important that you complete all readings and videos prior to attempting the quiz. It’s an absolute pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Ricardo Guzman, who has been working as medical assistant and phlebotomist in our Interamerica Center clinic for two years. I have had the good fortune to work closely and get to know him as professional and a person over the last 2 years.

After I had taken the quiz, my results came out that I had answered 6 correct and 14 incorrect; receiving a total score of 30%.

I want to keep you informed about Dr. Zuzelski, she still owes $650.00 for July's California course. I sent Dr. Zuzelski an email on Tuesday, (per Chas's ok) requesting the tuition payment. Chas said that he spoke to her and that she needs more time to get a Stem Cell patient to pay the course tuition. Unfortunately Chas states this is not likely to happen until the end of the year. While the cultures are, different there are similarities between your interaction with Dr. Alverez and my interaction with my friend Karen. We both feel helpless and dependent on those that know more about the language as Middleton tells us is normal, and both of our friends try to help us in our way of speaking/communicating with them. I think these is also differences though. It seems that Dr. Alverez is open to teaching you about his culture as he greets you in a way that is normal for his homeland. While even though she loves me dearly, Karen is not as open. Deaf people are very closed about their culture, hesitant to let hearing people in. From what I have learned this is because they feel that they had to fight a long road with speaking
