In Alfred Young’s essay The Pressure of the People on the Framers of the Constitution reported the actions that took place during the Philadelphia Convention. It was said that the Constitution was designed to last until the end of time. It was proposed that the national government should limit voting to the men of the community that held property in the form of land, a considerable farm or something with equal value. How could this work for the states that already granted suffrage to the people didn’t have these qualifications. What would the state do now, take away their right to vote? The end result was that each state decided that whoever voted in assembly would also vote for the house. Thomas Paine a radical democrat and influential part of the Revolutionary era advocated a democratic government where a single legislative would be at the top, and the executive branch would be elected from small localities by an extensive electorate where they would serve short terms. The original separation of the elitists was caused by fear of a mob and rebellion. Coercion and accommodation were to tactics used to control the threat of democratic majorities in the state. Anti-Federalists were looking to make numerous changes in the frame of the government. Christopher George Latore Wallace or also known as Biggie Smalls was a rapper that had an effect on a lot of people. Biggie was raised in Brooklyn when he released his debut album Ready to die in 1994 he became a symbol in the hip hop scene. On March 9, 1997 Biggie was killed in a drive by shooting. Before this happened he was a business party and was being driven back to his hotel. When his car pulled up to a stop light, someone yelled to him and he lowered his window and someone pointed a pistol at him, they fired four shots right into his chest and drove away. Alse Young of Windsor, Connecticut, was accused and hung for being a witch in the thirteen colonies. Very little is known of Alse Young; Her existence is only known for being a witch. She is believed to be married to John Young. Alse had a daughter named Alice Young Beamon. There is only that she was a women and was hung at the Meeting Square House in Hartford, Connecticut, on what is now known as the site of the Old State House. On May 26th, 1647, Alse young was hanged.

I believe myself to be a musician of sorts. I play flute, piccolo, and saxophone in band. I’ve been in band for about seven years. I love hearing a piece of music come together while everyone works together. My favorite piece I have ever played is called As Summer Was Just Beginning: A song for James Dean. Growing up in East Los Angeles was especially rough for a young Latino teen. The area where he grew up in was full of violence and drugs. In order to be able to live there, you have to have a strong sense of character to avoid all the temptations that the gang life can provide you with. You need to have an even stronger character to even get involved with a gang in the first place. I’m saying this because once you are in a gang there is only 3 ways out: going to jail, a hospital, or the cemetery. For young Luis, living these experiences with his homies gave him a sense of belonging. There’s nothing more self fulfilling than thinking you’re a part of something. It’s even better when all of your friends are involved as well. Getting accepted as one of the gang was great for young Luis. His initiation was to fight 5 guys and stay standing by the end. This way of initiation is mandatory for all those affiliated in it. They test your strength and loyalty to the gang when they jump you in. For

The Giants have been one of the best teams in baseball for a few years now and it sure didn’t look any different this year, until the second half of the season. The Giants have made it to the postseason three times since 2010 and won the World Series each time. The Giants are somewhat a hit and miss club that is use to inconsistency. Unlike their counterpart, the Dodgers have made it to postseason since the 2013 season including this year, unfortunately, they haven’t been able to get passed the NLCS in any of those years. The Giants are in that same position this year, on the brink of victory or failure. As of today, they are in the second Wild Card spot, but expect there to be quite a bit of shake ups until the postseason starts.

Widely known by the name BiggMann, DeMarco Thomas is a well-known rapper who was born in the Bay Area. BiggMann was raised in various Northern California cities, including Sacramento, California. BiggMann has a range of talents, such as writing and recording his own material and mixing and mastering it. He even takes on the responsibility of repairing his own equipment when needed. Music is BiggMann’s priority, as he spends most of his waking hours pushing his career.

I spent five hours writing letters, drawing pictures, making bracelets, giving them my guitar picks, and printing pictures for them. It all went to waste when we received an authorization email the morning of, stating how gifts were prohibited. It is times like this when you want to take chances in life, to stop living in fear, or doubt. I have taken a few good chances in my life that have worked out well for me, but not taking the chance to bring my gifts and letters anyway is one of my regrets. Many people don't know the outside me. They only know the student me. Outside of school i'm a very different person in a good way because I'm way more outgoing and energetic. I'm always busy with something because As soon as I get home from school I do my chores, make my little brother Isaac a snack, and finish all of my homework. I help Isaac with his homework. If he has any. I have many things I like to do outside of school such as working out with my sister cara everyday.
