Biology and Chemistry Education is now the order of the day. Many people aim at continuing their education after high school. After high school, some students enter directly to college whiles others go to universities to read different course of their choice. Among these courses, some prefer to read mathematics, literature, science, economics, and others. Every student has his / her own career path in life. Some aim at becoming Biologist whiles others aim to be a Chemist. This is basically for students who have interest in the science field determines which areas they want to study. When it comes to the issue of Chemistry and Biology which one to be chosen from, here lies the individual own preferences. Biology and Chemistry have similarities in science, whereas they have their differences and their branches. Chemistry and Biology are related courses so those who are interested in science-related programs as their career can go for it. The systematic study of all the matter that exists is science involves both observations and experiments. There are different matters also exist in the universe. The study of a living organism is Biology. Biology is divided into various branches such as Zoology, Botany, Taxonomy etc, whereas, Chemistry can be defined as the branch of science that deals with matter, its composition , reactions, structures, and properties. Both Biology and Chemistry plays an
1. An understanding of chemistry is important for an understanding of biology because biology needs the models of chemistry to better describe life.
Biology is an important subject, one in which one can learn about living things. I believe biology will allow for me to succeed in college and within my career plans, mainly because I aim to work in the medical field. In order to become an Optometrist, I will need to be both educated on the human body system and familiar with the anatomy of the human
i. Just because something has always been done, does not make it right or just; following the crowd can be dangerously wrong and evil.
Chemistry relates to everything we touch, see, smell, hear, and taste because atoms make up everything in the universe. Chemistry influences so much in our everyday lives that it is hard to think of an activity that does not involve a chemical process in some way. The science also plays a major role in the human body. Our bodies are made up of chemicals, in fact almost 96% of our body mass is made up of four different elements: hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen. Besides the physical way I am affected by elements, chemistry also majorly affects me in my line of work as a certified nursing assistant. As a certified nursing assistant I work in a nursing home and
The study of biology is relevant now because it has everything to do with life and life is everywhere on Earth. We can use biology to keep that from changing. Biology has helped us grow food, protect the environment, tell us how the body works, and so much more. Thanks to biology viruses and diseases can also be controlled. Biology has advanced the world so much and without it everything would be completely different.
As I grew older, my love for the sciences grew. Since I enjoyed science, I took as many science courses in high school as possible to find the right concentration for me. Through the classes, I discovered that I enjoy biology and chemistry the best because I love learning about the principles of life. It is always exciting to learn about the ways of nature and all the complex processes in organisms that work together in harmony to create that single organism. Furthermore, the complex processes of life all have a chemistry background.
Some people think that if they could only change one aspect of their lives, it would be perfect. They do not realize that anything that is changed could come with unintended consequences. “The Monkey’s Paw” by W.W. Jacobs and “The Third Wish” by Joan Aiken both illustrate this theme. They demonstrate this by granting the main character three wishes, but with each wish that is granted, brings undesirable consequences. The main idea of this essay is to compare and contrast “The Monkey’s Paw” and “The Third Wish.” Although the “The Monkey’s Paw” and “The Third Wish” are both fantasies and have similar themes, they have different main characters, wishes, and resolutions.

Consuming too many carbs can lead to low other nutrient intake, excess energy, dental carries, weight gain and hyperglycemia.
Photosynthesis, respiration, the classes of animals, what makes the human body work, how viruses work: all of these are so exciting in my eyes. Science is real and usable in daily life and interested me when it came to application. What to eat, why you think the way you do, what makes your body work, how the world goes round, all of these directly affect your life every day. The same can't be said for European history or learning German. I can't name one time I spoke German outside of high school. But biology studies things like how your body works and that is something that happens every day even if you are
Before, biologists assumed all microbes are bad for the human body (automatically thought of pathogens), caused many diseases and harm our body fundamental systems. In addition, the biologists think that our body is already built which had all the functions required to maintain our health. However, the attitude has changed over the last decade. The biologists characterized the most prevalent species of microbes in the body, and found out that these collective microbes do not threaten us, and they also are important part of human bodies.
Personal interests are what make me happy and want to grow as a person. Some of my interests include chemistry, physics, math, technology, and people. I enjoy chemistry because it brings material information into a form that can show what can react. It allows for creation of new materials that can be assessed for usability. Physics is another one of my interests because it shows how real-life problems can be solved and optimized using math. Math is an interest of mine because it can solve almost anything. There are many forms of math that get used in areas of science all the time. I am a technology lover because it makes tasks easier, and it also allows for so many improvements in
In real life, organic chemistry is the cause for such products as rubber, vitamins, and paper, while synthetic products such as nylon can be attributed to inorganic chemistry. Analytical chemistry stretches across many fields, such as oil and petroleum, food and agriculture, forensics, and manufacturing. Meanwhile, physical chemistry is a bit narrower, but it is still involved in various fields such as pharmaceuticals and materials. Biochemistry in real life usually takes the form of research into the complexity of a being’s inner workings, and can pay off in such was as medicines or cures for diseases.
Chemistry has been called the science of what things are. Its intent is the exploration of the nature of the materials that fabricate our physical environment, why they hold the different properties that depict them, how their atomic structure may be fathomed, and how they may be manipulated and changed.
