A balloon filled with helium doesnot rise in air indefinitely but halts after a certain height. Explain why?

When a balloon filled with helium gas, a pressure starts developing inside the balloon. This causes an up thrust which is the weight of the air displaced. In the beginning this weight of air displaced is greater than the weight of the balloon so the balloon starts rising.
