Let the pilot flies in straight path starting from point C towards its left, and at some point say (B) it changes it direction by 14 degrees. And flies with the same rate of speed as it was before (i.e. 775miles/hour).

Step 2

As it is given the pilot flies upto point B from C for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Therefore, distance travelled BC= speed*time

i.e. BC=775*1.5

BC=1162.5miles
