While Indirect aggression can be intended to cause by harming social or individual relationships.

  • Relational Aggression is a form of indirect aggression where a person causes harm to someone's relationship or his social status. Example: A person at his workplace, out of aggression declines his junior to join him and his peers while having lunch.

  • Physical aggression is a direct form of aggression where a person hurts others physically. Example: If a man is being bothered by his colleague speaking over the phone and throws a mug at his face, then he is showing physical aggression towards his colleague.
