Please explain where the numbers come from well:

An electronic counter records the number of vehicles exiting the interstate at a particular point. Assume that the average number of vehicles leaving a 5 minute period is 10. Approximate the probability that between 100 and 200 vehicles inclusive will exit at this point in a one hour period.
