A long straight current-carrying wire is supported by light strings tied to the wire at regular intervals. The figure I've attached shows a cross-sectional view. The current in the wire is directed perpendicular to the page. Said wire is horizontal and hangs at equilibrium resulting in the strings making a 30° angle from the vertical. The wire is in a uniform magnetic field directed down. The magnetic field has a magnitude of 0.450 T and the wire has a mass per unit lengt

Hi I would really appreciate help on this question. It's pretty long but I'll try to keep it as simple as I can. I hope the image provided will make the problem easier to understand. Thank you in advance.

The magnetic field has a magnitude of 0.450 T and the wire has a mass per unit length of 0.200 kg/m. Out of the page is to be the positive direction into the page is to be the negative direction. What is the magnitude and direction of the current in the wire?

Once again sorry that it's so long but thank you once again for the help.
