The customer will make an offer. The type of the offer depends on the type of the customer; the customer could be old-customer or new-customer. The new customer makes a new customer offer and the old customer makes old customer offer, these tasks require login into the system. While login to the system, an invalid user name or invalid password may be entered this will cause the system to process the invalid user name or process the invalid password.
Each time a new customer makes new customer offer the system will create a new customer record. When an old customer makes an offer and if he/she changes address the update customer information process will be done.
While making offer (make offer could be to make new customer offer or make old customer offer) the customer may request for a discount, the make discount process is approved by the management team.
When finished the customer chooses to confirm the order. The confirm order will always send information to the billing system.
