CASE STUDY ABC Network International is a successful IT company that sells computer hardware, middleware and software, and provides hosting and consulting services to consumers. The competition pressures on the companies continue to mount, and their skilful managements seek to strengthen their firms' operational effectiveness and competitive advantage. The effectiveness of management's deployment of their companies' technological resources and their strategic initiatives always depends on the quality and motivation of their workforces. Sophia and Neo are new interns, at ABC Network International and have learnt in their university years that organizational behaviour defined as a complex of actions and decisions which are aimed at the creation of the convenient and encouraging working atmosphere, defeat of the conflicts and motivation to the high-quality work. Personality plays an extremely important role in the organizational behaviour of a company. In order to maintain peace and favourable working conditions the team of managers should possess a set of qualities and traits of character which can be helpful in the control of the employees. If one manages people and their work, the manager should be not only be an expert in their field but be a little bit of a psychologist in order to influence employees' decisions, actions, to persuade and encourage them as well as solve all the conflicts which are sure to occur in the process of work. Furthermore, a talented manager will predict the behaviour of employees easily just relying on their knowledge and experience. An experienced manager should carry out the correct policy of the organizational behaviour on all levels, starting from the stage of recruitment, when he/she has to choose the best employee who is worth the place at the company and concluding with the experienced employees who have been working in the company for many years. A strong personality of a manager can find the individual approach to everyone and make their work in the organization easier and more successful. A manager is a leader, so he/she should possess special leadership skills in order to control the staff and maintain the development of the organization. Furthermore, the new interns have observed that changes often happen in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the productivity within the company. This has resulted in the employees attitudes and perceptions being affected by the changes within the company. This is further causing negative employee behaviour. In order to obtain job satisfaction and motivates employees management has to work in gaining the trust of the employees creativity which provides them with a sense of control for their work environment. This will provide an environment conducive for employee motivation whereby their goals and individual needs are met and a change in organisational behaviour. 1.
