from each other?

Expert Solution
Step 1

Gametes or the sex cells are produced by the meiosis process called gametogenesis. The production of the male gamete is called spermatogenesis. The production of female gamete is called oogenesis. Gametes consist of a haploid (n) number of chromosomes. The fertilization of the gametes lead to the formation of zygote which is known as fertilization.
