Types of Linked List
A sequence of data elements connected through links is called a linked list (LL). The elements of a linked list are nodes containing data and a reference to the next node in the list. In a linked list, the elements are stored in a non-contiguous manner and the linear order in maintained by means of a pointer associated with each node in the list which is used to point to the subsequent node in the list.
Linked List
When a set of items is organized sequentially, it is termed as list. Linked list is a list whose order is given by links from one item to the next. It contains a link to the structure containing the next item so we can say that it is a completely different way to represent a list. In linked list, each structure of the list is known as node and it consists of two fields (one for containing the item and other one is for containing the next item address).

The code: #include<stdio.h> struct student{int TC;char F_name[12];char L_name[12];int age;char gender[2];}; struct Linked_list_node{struct student info;struct node* next;}; struct student tenStudent[10] = {123,"X1","Y1",21,"M",234,"X2","Y2",26,"F",128,"X3","Y3",18,"M",432,"X4","Y4",27,"M",287,"X5","Y5",34,"F",423,"X6","Y6",21,"M",634,"X7","Y7",16,"F",828,"X8","Y8",15,"M",252,"X9","Y9",27,"F",887,"X10","Y10",34,"F",}; int main(){//create a head node for linked liststruct Linked_list_node* head = (struct Linked_list_node*)malloc(sizeof(struct Linked_list_node));//add first student to the…Considering all the elements and its indexes at the right side:Write a sequence of List operations that would result to a LIST that contains ONLY the elements with its respective indexes: {index[00]=104, index[01]=165, index[02]=115, index[03]=384, index[04]=248, index[05]=117}.
- Which of the following statements are true? A. Appending of elements to a dynamic list takes constant time. B. Row-wise traversal of 2-dimensional arrays is commonly faster than column-wise traversal. C. Tranversing an array is faster than traversing a linked list with the same number of entries. D. Node lookup time in a balanced binary search tres is O(1).There are many differences between array and linked list, one of these differences: a. In a linked list insertion and deletion takes more time b. Array supports random access while linked List supports sequential access c. in linked list, elements are stored in contiguous memory location while in array are stored anywhere in the memory d. None of the aboveC++ ONLY Add the following functions to the linked list. int getSize() -> This function will return the number of elements in the linked-list. This function should work in O(1). For this keep track of a size variable and update it when we insert a new value in the linked-list. int getValue(index) -> This function will return the value present in the input index. If the index is greater or equal to the size of the linked-list return -1. void printReverse() -> This function will print the linked list in reverse order. You don’t need to reverse the linked list. Just need to print it in reverse order. You need to do this recursively. You cannot just take the elements in an array or vector and then print them in reverse order. void swapFirst() -> This function will swap the first two nodes in the linked list. If the linked-list contains less than 2 elements then just do nothing and return. To check your code add the following code in your main function. LinkedList l;…

- True/False 3. Arrays are usually heterogeneous, but lists are homogeneous.Merge2AscListsRecur that combines the nodes in X-list and Y-list into Z-list such that, after calling the function, Z-list is a sorted list (in non-decreasing order) containing all the nodes initially contained in X-list and Y-list – X-list and Y-list should both be empty after the call. The function should: ► Have only three parameters (each a pointer-to-Node) and no return value (be a void function). ► Not use any global variables or static local variables. ► Not use any looping constructs (for, while, do-while, ...). ► Be directly (not indirectly) recursive. ► Not create any new nodes, destroy any existing nodes or copy/replace the data item of any node. ► Not make temporary copies of the data involved using any other storage structures (arrays, stacks, queues, etc.). ► Use (if ever needed) no more than a small number of pointers to hold certain link addresses. ○ Not make temporary copies of the…Which of the following is NOT an advantage of linked list over array?
