Question

Define Adjustment time?

Expert Solution
Step 1

Adjustment time is the time taken by a change or an improvement to come into effect and highlight the new and improved results. Under business, adjustments are made, and improvements are often made to speed up the processes or activity or change the final output quality. Change is also made when the firm attempts to expand itself to a new territory.

Step 2

Adjustment time should be under a reasonable limit of time margin as the business cannot neglect or ignore the time consumption. The more the adjustment time, the more gap widens to meet the demand and quality parameters. It is necessary to make such adjustments as a business's chances of survival become less without this. Changes and adjustments become mandatory after a certain point in time. The company also has to adapt to the changes in its outside environment like technological advances or new government regulations.
