Draw an online shopping system use case diagram according to the following
scenario:
• Web customers could be registered and new customers.
• Registered customers can view the items in the shop.
o (Registered customer may search for items, browse the catalog,
view items recommended for him/her, add items to shopping cart
or wish list)
o To view recommended items and to add to the wish list both
require a customer to be authenticated.
o At the same time, items could be added to the shopping cart
without user authentication.
• Registered customers can purchase if they checkout.
• For the checkout process, web customers should be authenticated. It
could be done through the user login page, user authentication cookie
('remember me'), or single sign-on.
• Web authentication service is used in all the use cases that require
authentication as an external actor, while sign-on also requires the
participation of an external identity provider.
• For checkout, the customer should finalize the payment process.
Payment could be done either by using credit card and external credit
card payment service or with pay pal.
