Other attributes of Citizen are: CitizenName and Contacts (person may have more than one contact). Officially, government allocate identification cards to avail services. IDENTYCARD has attributes: CardID (key) and IssueingDate. Attributes of SERVICE are: ServiceCode (unique), ServiceTitle and ServiceDetail that consists of Type and Price. A Citizen may possess maximum one identity card or may not possess at all. The identity card belongs to only one citizen. A citizen may register for many services or may not register for any service. Each service may be registered by many citizens or may not be registered at all. During registration for the service RegistrationDate and Duration must be also be stored.
