I did not understand this subject very well. (Average velocity, instantaneous velocity, average acceleration, instantaneous acceleration) And I am trying to understand with this question. Especially I can't get the "instantaneous" formulas in my head and I can't figure out why we did it. I would be happy if you could solve it in an explanatory way. Thanks.
