How many fields are there per record? There are total of six records and five fields per records. 2. What problem would you encounter if you wanted to produce a listing by city? How would you solve this problem by altering the file structure? Since the data is multivalued in the form of address it is hard to separate city from the whole address. To solve this problem the data should be single valued which means each field should have only one data. So, we need to make one separate file to store just the city name. 3. If you wanted to produce a listing of the file contents by last name, area code, city, state, or zip code, how would you alter the file structure? The name should be separated as first name and last name and the address field should be separated as area code, city and state. 4. What data redundancies do you detect?
