How do you find proportion of normal distributions ? Because I don't understand how a score less than or equal to 6.0 can be the same as 0.303 in the actual data

Let us assume X be a normal distribution with mean µ and standard deviation σ.

 the prportion of data less than or equal to x = P( X ≤  x)

Here as we know the distribution of X is normal we convert X into Z score. Formula for Z score is given below.

In order to convert X into Z score we do the following 

Subtract both sides of inequality with mean and then divide by standard deviation as shown below.
