Please I need Bsupport quick.

Please write a MATLAB program that:
Allows the user to enter the dimensions (rows and columns) as well as the elements of 2
matrices
Adds the matrices entered by the user and displays the resulting matrix
Requirements:
An error message should be displayed if the matrices cannot be added because they have
incompatible dimensions; If so, the user must be asked to re-enter the dimensions (rows
and columns) of the matrices
The minimum and maximum number of rows and columns of the matrices to add are 2
and 4, respectively; The user must be asked to re-enter the number of rows or columns if
he/she entered a number that is less than 2 or greater than 4
"For" loops must be used to add the matrices; The MATLAB operation C=A+B, where A, B
and C are matrices, is not allowed
The addition of the matrices must be executed by a user-defined function
The MATLAB code to display the matrix that results from the addition of the two matrices
entered by the user must be in the main program
The MATLAB code to enter the dimensions (rows and columns) as well as the elements of
2 matrices that will be added must be also in the main program
