Question

I have a linear piston and it will be filled with wax (g) its expansion will cause an output force, however, it is not known how much wax is needed for it to expand inside and thus cause a force and also we don't know how small can the internal cylinder containing the wax be. Since the goal is to be able to have a suitable dimension enough to make the wax expand inside and cause a force of 200 lbs.

I want to know how to calculate how much wax is needed to give the required output force of 200 lbs and what dimensions can the internal cylinder have.
