I now must create a physical Entity Relationship diagram from this list table. While, I feel more comfortable creating new tables for better organization. I'm a little lost as to how to evolve my Entity Relationship Diagram into a physical ERD.

Project – Project Code, Project Name, Project Manager, Project Budget

(as we notice all the above 4 columns have identical information which get repeated for the same project)
