OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (just revise the answers every bullet) •Mega sardines are the focus of the first video. Sardines are among the most well-known canned foods in the Philippines, as we already know. Mega Fishing Corporation (MFC) is the fishing arm of Mega Global. It is situated in the Philippine cities of Manila and Zamboanga City. Mega sardines manufacturing uses machinery and technology to produce the product more quickly. The heads of the fish are removed after they have been cleaned, and the fish are then smoked or cooked—either by deep-frying or by steaming—before being dried. Hence, they use advanced technology from fishing for fish on a line to packing the sardines, which is why it is now simpler to produce sardines. In addition, the method of making locally produced sardines has become smoother and faster. •The Jeepney is discussed in the second video. Once it is completed, the Jeepney's body is visible on the video. Furthermore displayed here were the raw materials required to fill the Jeepney. Also, it is manufactured in the Philippines. So for me, since it is manually made, it is more detailed when it comes to the parts of the Jeepney. But it also takes a while to complete. •The Rolls-Royce is the subject of the last video. So what does "Rolls Royce" mean? A significant British producer of aircraft engines, marine propulsion systems, and power generation systems is Rolls-Royce. So based on the video we’ve watched, the Rolls-Royce is hand-made, produced from the ground up at the brand's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in England. We may therefore conclude that during the 1960s, Rolls Royce entered the internal neutrality stage, where their operations process was regarded as being at the worst level because they did not participate in any competition whatsoever and did not generate any profits. Also, there is currently a major lack of process efficiency management, where the firm's activities are concerned. But, given that the Rolls Royce is handcrafted, I get the idea that the longer production time results in a vehicle with a flawless finish and seamless operation. In conclusion, Domestic production management has to deal with in-flexibility of moving around of resources within one location while International production management has advantage of moving around of resources from high cost market to low cost market.
