Customers then sell our products to consumers at a rate of 1.9 billion servings a day. However, Coca-Cola exists in a complex and stable environment, meaning there is a low to moderate level of uncertainty. When the company expands into an unfamiliar or untested region they can experience a locally stormy environment. To curb this challenge, coca cola aim to improve their current online system to enable the sale of their products to places them deep problematic. More of their challenges include problems associated with high sugar consumption in coca-cola beverages which is harmful to health, continuous increase in competitors popping from all corners of the universe, plastic bottle waste and water scarcity. According to health and environmental regulatory bodies, these issues will lead to many negative impacts to social and natural environment. In response to this problem, coca cola invests large sums of funds into the recycling of bottle and plastic. In recent years, Coca-Cola is finding more ways than ever to ensure its beverages are within an “arm’s reach of desire” in today’s fast-moving marketplace through product innovation, new distribution channels and data-driven decision making. Following the consumer also means embracing the growth of eCommerce and rethinking how Coke beverages are sold and delivered. “Now as a consumer, you have a million different ways you can beverages to your home or wherever you are,” said Chaly Jo Moyen, SVP of strategy, planning and decision science at coca cola. “In the last five years, this world has turned completely upside down.” The company aims to implement an online ordering solution or a mobile app that will allow same-day grocery delivery services or click-and-collect curbside pickup solutions. Also Coca cola is currently partnering with goPuff, an on-demand convenience store delivery startup catering to college campuses, to deliver get cold beverages to students’ doorsteps within a few minutes.
