No non-union companies are included, which should be studied as non-union companies do not require as much training so leaving is easier. Intersectionality of gender and workplace ageism should be studied. Research will not record behavioral observations so this should be done to collect quantitative data in the future as toxic masculinity in the environment of these workplaces can influence participant answers or perceptions of what is acceptable rapport with coworkers. Getting the perspective of the "white collar" workers in a blue-collar setting will not be explored like administration which could be of note, and no retirees are considered in this study which also could be valuable
