system will have an admin side, as well as user side where users (tutors and lecturers) should be able to carry
out certain actions. TAMS will be used by tutors to apply for a tutor position for a specific module, to capture
their attendance at module sessions and to view notices on the web portal. All lecturers' details, tutors' details
and module details will be entered on the administrative side by a Tutor Administrator. Lecturers need to be
able to post notices, and see which tutors have assisted in their sessions. TAMS must provide for a secure and
responsive environment.

timeframe for the project is 6 months and at the present moment there are some aspects
