Bonuses like an annual bonus, signing bonus, a spot or discretionary bonus, retention bonus, referral bonus, holiday bonus, profit sharing bonus, and commission bonus and the list goes on. A bonus is pay that is additional compensation beyond your salary or hourly wage; these bonuses are given out when employees exceed expectations and are rewarded for it.  But how do you make a bonus fair because the earning is influenced by exchange rates; well for one you could change the structure completely to be driven by revenue instead of profit.
