A bonus is pay that is additional compensation beyond your salary or hourly wage; these bonuses are given out when employees exceed expectations and are rewarded for it.

But how do you make a bonus fair because the earning is influenced by exchange rates; well for one you could change the structure completely to be driven by revenue instead of profit. You can also base your bonus structure off of your net profit, you can cover the balance by raising your prices to offset these changes.
