Question

Two small nonconducting spheres have a total charge of Q=Q1+Q2= 87.0 μC , Q1<Q2. When placed 32.0 cm apart, the force each exerts on the other is 10.5 N and is repulsive. What are Q1 and Q2? What are the values of Q1 and Q2 if the forces are attractive?

Can you please show the algebra, Please don't skip any steps.
