Introduction

Sexual attitude refers to the attitude one has toward sexuality or sexual practices, which can be liberal or conservative. Sexual attitudes and awareness are often studied together.

To understand sexual behavior Developmental studies ais the best way. Nature and nurture are needed to understand the full spectrum of human sexual activity, and sexual therapies must take into account both of these factors. Although sexual activity starts before puberty, puberty brings with it a greater interest in sex and a wider range of sexual experimentation than in childhood. Despite the fact that many people believe that sex is simply "normal" and therefore should be easy, many people have sexual issues. Fortunately, with a clear knowledge about sex therapy, all of these can be solved.

Premarital sex, masturbation, viewing pornography, and sexual activities using mediums such as the internet, social networking sites, and talking rooms have all been investigated in studies on sexual behaviors.
