And mass of water i.e H2O = 53.6 g.

Molar mass of H2O = Atomic mass of H X 2 + Atomic mass of O = 1 X 2 + 16 = 18 g/mol.

And molar mass of C2H5OH = Atomic mass of C X 2 + Atomic mass of H X 6 + Atomic mass of O + 12 X 2 + 1 X 6 + 16 = 46 g/mol.
