During the early days of Internet, it was only the ultra rich/millennials /the big business houses/ IT companies / research scientists were some of the people who were able to access Internet and that too with a very low browsing speed. It was only the time when the telecom sector expanded to private sector, with introduction of players like Idea , Airtel in the market, Internet expansion took a acceleratory growth. It started being used in almost every business , in schools and even in government organisations but still poor and lower middle class were deprived.
