Mole fraction of a compound can be defined as the number of moles of a substance to the total number of moles present in them. The mole fraction can be calculated by,

Weight of water = 60g

To calculate the mass percent of CsCl

Mass percent of CsCl

=52.3g52.3g+60g×100=46.6%

Volume of solution = 63.3mL

Molecular weight of CsCl = 168.4g

To calculate the moles of CsCl

MolCsCl=52.31mole168.4g=0.311moleCsCl

is 0.311mole .

To calculate the molality of CsCl

Mass of water= 60g

Moles of CsCl = 0.311mole
