What type of work environment do you prefer? Be specific. I have worked in many different environments, from a chaotic and fast paced preschool classrooms, to solitary computer work and I find that each environment has its pros and cons. The work space I prefer is one where everyone feels comfortable and has a voice in the work that is happening. Where we come together to discuss thoughts and concerns, an environment that fosters a sense of community, a place to learn and grow. Team work and honesty
