The word hygiene is derived from the name Hygeia, means “Greek goddess of healing”. The importance of hand hygiene in the control of infection cannot be under emphasized. There are 2–3 million
become such that the media viewer has not only come to expect it but rely on it somewhat. There are two elements in narrative film today that combine in the engaging of the audience; 'story' and 'production' elements. One example in the Australian film industry of the use of production and story elements in such a way as to engage the audiences' attention is the film 'Two Hands'. The film Two Hands was directed in 1999 by Gregor Jordan, a then virtual nobody. The film boasts an all-Australian cast
the Mad Max films, Crocodile Dundee and Strictly Ballroom. These are all great Australian classics but I find that there’s one movie that perfectly encapsulates the true Australian culture through a simplistic story. Abstract In this laboratory students will perform various experiments to demonstrate various properties of human sensory biology. Students worked in pairs and performed 5 experiments. These experiments were based on touch receptors, temperature receptors, two point discrimination on the skin, locating distance from the fovea to our blind spot and measuring visual activity. T-test was performed and the results explained that there is no significant difference in how the body adapts to external stimuli. Introduction
overall impact of hand dominance on individual behavior. This was tested by having individuals perform activities with each hand, and watch for signs of frustration as they use their non-dominant hand.
